Supply Chain Coordinator

TL;DR

Supply Chain Coordinator (Procurement): Managing global supply chain operations and supplier partnerships for railway connectivity solutions with an accent on planning, delivery processes, and inventory management. Location: Hybrid (Minimum 2 days per week in Newcastle HQ, UK)

What you will do

• Manage global supplier partnerships to strengthen the supply chain and ensure accuracy of agreed conditions and dates.
• Plan and process delivery activities to meet project deadlines and on-time-delivery (OTD) targets.
• Coordinate logistics and stock requirements, communicating lead-time information to procurement teams.
• Optimize inventory through efficient management of kitting and staging processes and reducing rolling material coverage.
• Resolve service-related quality issues by collaborating with Product, Quality, QA, and R&D teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a supply chain role and project management.
• Working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems, specifically Oracle Netsuite.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
• Must be based in the UK and able to work from the Newcastle office at least 2 days per week.
• Degree in Supply Chain (desirable).
