What you will do

• Lead end-to-end design across discovery, ideation, delivery, and iteration.
• Plan and conduct independent user research, including interviews, usability testing, and synthesis.
• Design AI and automation workflows to simplify complex financial tasks while maintaining transparency and user control.
• Identify product risks and unmet needs to influence the product roadmap and strategic direction.
• Mentor other designers and help raise the bar for discovery and research practices.
• Collaborate within a cross-functional squad alongside Product Managers and Engineers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing digital products in cross-functional teams.
• Proven experience independently leading user research activities.
• Strong skills in interaction design, systems thinking, and information architecture.
• Ability to facilitate workshops and align stakeholders through strong communication and storytelling.
• English: Fluent written and spoken proficiency required.
• Location: Must be based in Barcelona, London, Paris, or Berlin.

Nice to have

• Experience designing AI-assisted workflows or conversational experiences.
• Background in fintech, spend management, procurement, or internal tooling.
• Familiarity with design systems and data-informed product development.
