What you will do
- Lead end-to-end design across discovery, ideation, delivery, and iteration.
- Plan and conduct independent user research, including interviews, usability testing, and synthesis.
- Design AI and automation workflows to simplify complex financial tasks while maintaining transparency and user control.
- Identify product risks and unmet needs to influence the product roadmap and strategic direction.
- Mentor other designers and help raise the bar for discovery and research practices.
- Collaborate within a cross-functional squad alongside Product Managers and Engineers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing digital products in cross-functional teams.
- Proven experience independently leading user research activities.
- Strong skills in interaction design, systems thinking, and information architecture.
- Ability to facilitate workshops and align stakeholders through strong communication and storytelling.
- English: Fluent written and spoken proficiency required.
- Location: Must be based in Barcelona, London, Paris, or Berlin.
Nice to have
- Experience designing AI-assisted workflows or conversational experiences.
- Background in fintech, spend management, procurement, or internal tooling.
- Familiarity with design systems and data-informed product development.
