What you will do

• Conduct user research and gather data to validate assumptions and align designs with business goals.
• Create innovative product designs and rapid prototypes for both web and native apps.
• Iterate on designs based on experimental results and user feedback to reach optimal solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and commercial teams to ensure successful product launches.
• Write UX copy and coordinate with content designers.
• Experiment with and integrate AI tools into the design process.

Requirements

• Proven product design experience working in-house within cross-functional, Agile product teams.
• A well-crafted portfolio demonstrating a data-informed, user-centered design approach.
• Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools such as Figma Make, Lovable, or Cursor.
• Strong understanding of WCAG 2.2 accessibility standards and native app design (iOS/Android).
• Experience working with established design systems.
• Must be based in or able to commute to the London office for hybrid work.
