What you will do

• Manage and respond to inbound leads across enterprise, growth, and creator segments.
• Conduct initial qualification and discovery conversations with prospective customers.
• Educate prospects on Higgsfield’s products, capabilities, and use cases.
• Identify decision makers, business needs, timelines, and expansion opportunities.
• Maintain organized CRM hygiene and accurate pipeline tracking.
• Partner with leadership and product teams to surface customer insights and feedback.

Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in sales development, business development, account management, or recruiting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to quickly learn technical products and communicate value clearly.
• Comfortable operating in a high-growth startup environment with evolving priorities.
• Experience with inbound lead funnels and CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
