TL;DR

Corporate Install-Base Sales Leader (AI): Building and scaling a dedicated Corporate Install-base AE team to drive retention and expansion for a Work AI platform with an accent on consultative upsell and adoption. Focus on developing a commercial playbook, improving Gross Dollar Retention, and driving executive-level selling at the CFO/CIO altitude.

Location: Hybrid (4 days a week in Nashville, TN). Relocation support is available for the right candidate.

Salary: $235,000 - $295,000 annually

What you will do

  • Recruit, coach, and develop a team of 6 Corporate Installbase AEs managing the full post-sale commercial cycle.
  • Own renewal and expansion targets including Gross Dollar Retention (GDR) and Growth ARR (GAR).
  • Build the installbase playbook for strategic account planning, QBRs, and commercial renewal negotiations.
  • Coach reps on multi-threading and executive engagement at the CFO/CIO level.
  • Partner cross-functionally with AIOM, Deployment, Customer Success, and Product to accelerate value realization.
  • Synthesize customer feedback to inform the product roadmap and broader installbase strategy.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to relocate to Nashville, TN for a hybrid work schedule.
  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with 2+ years leading a quota-carrying team focused on renewals and expansion.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding GDR and NRR targets.
  • Hands-on experience leading end-to-end commercial renewal negotiations (pricing, legal, security).
  • Strong command of value-based selling methodologies such as MEDDPICC.
  • Demonstrable AI fluency is a first-class hiring dimension.

Nice to have

  • Experience scaling an installbase or growth AE team from the ground up at a high-growth SaaS company.
  • Background managing accounts with average deal sizes in the $50K–$500k range.
  • Familiarity with AI, search, or data infrastructure products.
