hirify.global is building a decision intelligence platform for real-assets investors and managers to help teams make more confident investment decisions.

What you will do

  • Build and optimize outbound and nurture workflows across email, LinkedIn, and events.
  • Create a repeatable enterprise pipeline engine and optimize growth workflows within HubSpot.
  • Design, execute, and measure growth experiments across different channels to improve funnel conversion.
  • Establish clear reporting and visibility for growth performance and demand generation.
  • Collaborate with SDRs, sales, and leadership to improve lead quality and define GTM priorities.
  • Bring operational rigor to demand generation as the company scales.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in B2B SaaS growth, demand generation, or GTM operations.
  • Proven track record in early-stage or scaling companies, specifically building from 0-1.
  • Hands-on experience building campaigns and workflows personally, rather than just managing agencies.
  • Advanced proficiency with HubSpot, including a deep understanding of funnels, workflows, and reporting.
  • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments where priorities change quickly.

Nice to have

  • Experience in PropTech or Real Estate sectors.
  • Strong ABM (Account-Based Marketing) mindset.
