Location: Hybrid; Must work from the office 3+ days a week in Denver, San Francisco, Nashville, or Santiago. Relocation stipend may be available.
Salary: $143,000 - $199,000 USD

What you will do
- Analyze performance data and pipeline signals to define targeted enablement interventions that influence revenue outcomes.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing to translate roadmaps and innovations into field-ready narratives.
- Lead high-visibility programs including SKOs, QBRs, and regional team training for sales managers.
- Design and orchestrate learning experiences to drive adoption of sales methodologies like MEDDICC and Command of the Message.
- Implement change management initiatives to increase productivity throughout pre- and post-sale cycles.
- Experiment with modern learning approaches, including AI-enabled models and hands-on labs, to optimize the sales tech stack.
Requirements
- 7–10 years in field enablement or GTM, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead capacity.
- Deep understanding of field sales cycles, GTM strategy, territory management, and revenue operations.
- Proven track record of independently designing, delivering, and measuring end-to-end field enablement programs.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce), sales engagement tools, and AI-driven productivity tools.
- Experience influencing without authority and partnering with VP-level field sales stakeholders.
- Must be based in or be able to relocate to a hub location in the US or Chile.
