What you will do
- Deliver the Sales Methodology via live training, workshops, and 1:1 role-play certifications covering discovery, qualification, and competitive positioning.
- Design and adopt AI-assisted sales workflows using Zoom Reve Accelerator, Glean, and LLMs to automate CRM updates and discovery summaries.
- Translate new product features and competitive developments into rep-ready messaging and demo sequences in collaboration with Product Marketing.
- Own the 12-week onboarding curriculum and ramp program, establishing measurable milestones and certification gates.
- Equip Sales Managers with coaching frameworks and run weekly deal clinics to identify and close skill gaps across the team.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of sales enablement experience in a B2B SaaS startup or high-growth environment.
- Proven ability to deliver live training and change rep behavior through coaching, role-play, and accountability.
- Deep familiarity with enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, or SPIN.
- Demonstrated experience using AI tools to streamline sales workflows and CRM automation.
- Experience with complex sales cycles ($50K–$250K+ ACV) and multi-stakeholder environments.
- Must be based in the USA and willing to travel quarterly for team sessions.
Nice to have
- Experience in CPQ, Reve Operations, or selling to Finance leaders.
- Background in coaching executive selling motions in an enterprise B2B context.
- Experience leading small teams or managing fractional enablement resources.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Gong, or Zoom Reve Accelerator.
