TL;DR

Salary: $110,000 – $150,000 per year

hirify.global is an AI-powered revehirify.global architecture platform that unifies CPQ, billing, and revehirify.global lifecycle management into a single system.

What you will do

  • Deliver the hirify.global Sales Methodology via live training, workshops, and 1:1 role-play certifications covering discovery, qualification, and competitive positioning.
  • Design and adopt AI-assisted sales workflows using Zoom Revehirify.global Accelerator, Glean, and LLMs to automate CRM updates and discovery summaries.
  • Translate new product features and competitive developments into rep-ready messaging and demo sequences in collaboration with Product Marketing.
  • Own the 12-week onboarding curriculum and ramp program, establishing measurable milestones and certification gates.
  • Equip Sales Managers with coaching frameworks and run weekly deal clinics to identify and close skill gaps across the team.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of sales enablement experience in a B2B SaaS startup or high-growth environment.
  • Proven ability to deliver live training and change rep behavior through coaching, role-play, and accountability.
  • Deep familiarity with enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, or SPIN.
  • Demonstrated experience using AI tools to streamline sales workflows and CRM automation.
  • Experience with complex sales cycles ($50K–$250K+ ACV) and multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Must be based in the USA and willing to travel quarterly for team sessions.

Nice to have

  • Experience in CPQ, Revehirify.global Operations, or selling to Finance leaders.
  • Background in coaching executive selling motions in an enterprise B2B context.
  • Experience leading small teams or managing fractional enablement resources.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Gong, or Zoom Revehirify.global Accelerator.
