What you will do

  • Sell hirify.global data, solutions, and services to Enterprise Insurance accounts in Germany.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and manage the sales pipeline.
  • Coordinate internal selling teams, including consultants and senior management.
  • Maintain long-term customer relationships and represent the company at industry events.
  • Identify market trends and customer needs to drive the development of hirify.global’s solutions.
  • Drive modernization of existing customers and expand cross-selling of platform and cloud services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Several years of professional sales experience, ideally within the insurance industry.
  • Proven track record in sales and new customer acquisition.
  • Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).
  • Deep understanding of complex data products and services.
  • Must be based in or able to work in Dusseldorf, Germany.

Nice to have

  • Established network in the insurance industry (risk, actuary, fraud).
  • Experience with sales methodologies like Miller Heiman, Challenger, or SPIN.
  • Experience in SaaS and Cloud solutions sales.
