What you will do

• Own and iterate the premium client service proposition, defining qualification criteria and impact measurement.
• Manage a portfolio of highest-value clients, taking personal responsibility for the consistency of their experience.
• Deliver contact strategies and engagement cadences to deepen relationships and increase AuA.
• Act as the first point of escalation for premium clients, coordinating resolutions with Product and Compliance.
• Track portfolio health and feed client insights back into product and service design.

Requirements

• Background in private banking, wealth management, or high-touch financial services.
• Proven experience in retention, satisfaction, and commercial outcomes for high-value portfolios.
• Ability to design a service model from scratch and articulate the vision for premium service.
• Financial literacy regarding cash portfolios, interest rates, and FSCS coverage.
• Strong composure and credibility when dealing with sophisticated, high-net-worth clients.
• Must be based in London.
