What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a geographically dispersed team of Account Relationship Managers.
• Own overall commercial performance, including referral volumes, new firm engagement, and AuA contribution.
• Maintain a portfolio of senior and strategically significant IFA firms and adviser networks.
• Set the strategic direction for channel effort allocation and firm prioritization.
• Work with the Head of Partnerships to align activity with broader IFA channel strategy.
• Ensure the delivery of compelling, accurate presentations of the platform proposition.

Requirements

• Proven track record in a player-manager role leading a field-based team.
• Strong, current understanding of the UK IFA and wealth manager market.
• Ability to engage at a senior level within IFA firms and adviser networks.
• Analytical instinct for using performance data to drive strategic decisions.
• Must be based in or able to work from London.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
