What you will do

• Own a defined regional territory, taking responsibility for engagement breadth and referral activity.
• Spend the majority of time in the field visiting firms and building face-to-face relationships.
• Identify and approach new IFA firms to convert them into active referral partners.
• Deliver confident presentations and train advisers on the referral portal and onboarding process.
• Act as a structured source of market intelligence, feeding insights back into the business.
• Maintain a clear picture of the regional pipeline and report on territory health.

Requirements

• Proven track record in field-based sales or relationship management.
• Solid understanding of the IFA and wealth manager market in the UK.
• Financial literacy regarding interest rates, FSCS protection, and multi-bank diversification.
• Ability to manage own diary and territory plan independently.
• Excellent communication skills for representing the company to advisers and compliance officers.
