TL;DR

B2B Sales Apprentice (Ecommerce): Managing Pro customer accounts and driving supply acquisition strategies for refurbished IT hardware with an accent on account management and sales development. Focus on building long-term client relationships, analyzing commercial data, and executing complex sourcing strategies within a fast-paced international environment.

Location: Must be based in Paris, France (Hybrid role).

What you will do

  • Onboard and manage SME and mid-sized company accounts through inbound and outbound channels.
  • Support clients in executing supply acquisition strategies for smartphones, tablets, and laptops.
  • Handle complex sourcing tasks, including price negotiation and value-added service offerings.
  • Drive the transition from transactional sales to a relationship-driven account management model.
  • Collaborate with the Pro Supply team to ensure high-quality device sourcing.

Requirements

  • Must be enrolled in a French work-study program (contrat d’alternance/d’apprentissage).
  • Fluency in French and English (C1 minimum) is required for international communication.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, data manipulation).
  • Previous commercial or e-commerce experience is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills with a proactive, get-stuff-done mentality.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Salesforce.
  • Fluency in additional languages.
