Location: Must be based in Paris, France (Hybrid role).

What you will do
- Onboard and manage SME and mid-sized company accounts through inbound and outbound channels.
- Support clients in executing supply acquisition strategies for smartphones, tablets, and laptops.
- Handle complex sourcing tasks, including price negotiation and value-added service offerings.
- Drive the transition from transactional sales to a relationship-driven account management model.
- Collaborate with the Pro Supply team to ensure high-quality device sourcing.
Requirements
- Must be enrolled in a French work-study program (contrat d’alternance/d’apprentissage).
- Fluency in French and English (C1 minimum) is required for international communication.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, data manipulation).
- Previous commercial or e-commerce experience is highly preferred.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills with a proactive, get-stuff-done mentality.
Nice to have
- Experience with Salesforce.
- Fluency in additional languages.
