You’ll be joining our Sales team — a close-knit group of Account Executives, Business Development Managers, and our Head of Sales. We focus on building genuine, long-term partnerships with our clients, especially in our key markets: the US and Europe. Our approach is consultative and supportive — we’re here to understand, advise, and create real value. Most of the team is based in the US, with a few working remotely across Europe. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an Account Executive who’s ready to jump in and grow with us. Please note: the role requires significant overlap with US working hours (primarily EST/CST).Your Role in Action

  • Managing the flow of inbound B2B leads and supporting clients throughout the full sales cycle — from the first contact to contract signing and payment;
  • Qualifying leads during online meetings and identifying business needs;
  • Conducting product demos and presenting solutions to clients;
  • Responding to non-technical and technical lead inquiries in collaboration with the technical team;
  • Supporting clients throughout all stages of the sales process;
  • Converting leads into active clients;
  • Monitoring payment collection;
  • Maintaining CRM records and client documentation.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Proven experience in an Account Executive, Key Account Manager, Sales Manager, or similar role;
  • Experience in Fintech / HRtech / Legaltech;
  • Strong CRM skills (we use HubSpot);
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills across all levels, including senior leadership and C-level executives;
  • Strong negotiation and public speaking skills;
  • English: C1+, Spanish: B2, Russian: B2+
