Senior Product Designer (Gamedev)

TL;DR

Senior Product Designer (Gamedev): Designing and owning end-to-end digital experiences for hirify.global Sports across mobile, web, and TV with an accent on data-rich environments and complex user journeys. Focus on building intuitive, emotionally engaging designs, evolving scalable design systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality product initiatives.

Location: Must be based in the UK and able to work from the Osterley or Leeds office 2 days per week.

What you will do

• Design and own end-to-end experiences for hirify.global Sports digital products across mobile, web, and TV.
• Translate complex sporting data and fan behaviors into intuitive, engaging UI designs.
• Lead product initiatives from discovery and problem definition to production-ready execution.
• Collaborate with product owners, engineers, and researchers to shape product direction.
• Evolve shared design patterns and components to strengthen the design system.
• Champion design quality, accessibility, and user-centered thinking within squads.

Requirements

• Right to work in the UK is mandatory (no sponsorship provided).
• Significant experience as a digital product designer (UX/UI) with a portfolio demonstrating complex feature ownership.
• Demonstrable ability to operate independently in Agile environments.
• Strong experience using analytics and user research to inform design decisions.
• Proficiency with modern design tools like Figma and understanding of accessibility principles.
• Clear communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale to stakeholders.
