Location: Must be based in Tel Aviv, Israel (Hybrid role requiring 2 days per week in the field).

hirify.global is a technology company that connects merchants, couriers, and customers through a delivery platform operating in over 500 cities worldwide.

What you will do

  • Manage and drive growth for a portfolio of restaurant partners.
  • Monitor and improve operational KPIs for assigned venues.
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings with partners 2 days per week.
  • Use data to drive commercial and strategic discussions with restaurant owners.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Analytics, and Marketing teams to address partner needs.
  • Leverage promotional tools to actively drive sales growth.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in key account management or business development.
  • Fluent in Hebrew and English (must-have).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
  • Strong communication skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders.
  • Sales-oriented mindset and proactive approach.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Tel Aviv.
