Location: Must be based in Tel Aviv (Hybrid)

What you will do

  • Own a portfolio of enterprise accounts with full responsibility for revenue retention and expansion.
  • Develop and execute multi-year account plans aligned with customer objectives.
  • Lead QBRs and executive engagements to demonstrate value and identify new AI-driven impact opportunities.
  • Drive expansion, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities across different departments.
  • Manage the full renewal cycle, including forecasting and risk mitigation.
  • Translate customer feedback into actionable product insights to influence the R&D roadmap.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales in enterprise SaaS.
  • Proven experience as an Expansion Account Manager or Account Director in the Israeli market.
  • Excellent Hebrew proficiency is required for daily client communications.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of carrying a quota.
  • Experience managing complex enterprise accounts and multi-stakeholder relationships.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience in a founding role or early-stage startup.
  • Domain expertise in Financial Services or Supply Chain industries.
  • Specific experience with enterprise platforms or workflow automation.
