What you will do
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Business Development Representatives.
- Develop and execute outbound strategies for enterprise organizations in the US and Europe.
- Track KPIs, pipeline generation, sales metrics, reporting, and forecasting through CRM tools.
- Coach the team on prospecting, messaging, objection handling, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and account research.
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Sales Operations to improve lead generation quality and performance.
- Monitor cybersecurity industry trends and the competitive landscape.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience leading a Sales Development team.
- At least 2 years of experience as a BDR or SDR in a B2B SaaS company.
- Strong knowledge of outbound sales methodologies and pipeline generation.
- Experience working with US and/or European markets, with a record of exceeding pipeline or meeting-generation goals.
- Native or very high professional English, written and verbal.
- Data-driven, hands-on approach with strong communication, relationship-building, and cross-functional collaboration skills; experience with AI applications.
