Growth Manager (Performance Marketing)

Location: On-site in Berlin (5 days a week)

Salary: €75K – €100K + Equity + Bonus

What you will do

• Own end-to-end management of 5–15 advertiser accounts to drive growth.
• Optimize internal ROAS targets per offer, geo, and OS hourly using AI and data tools.
• Proactively identify and implement budget increases, geo expansions, and format tests.
• Bridge the gap between commercial partners and internal engineering teams to debug and resolve technical issues.
• Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the Growth team.

Requirements

• Background in top-tier consulting, a scale-up, or previous entrepreneurial experience.
• High proficiency in data dashboards such as Hex, Amplitude, Looker Studio, or Tableau.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both commercial advertisers and technical algorithm teams.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Berlin 5 days a week.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of platform-marketing metrics: ROAS, LTV, retention, and ARPU.
• Experience managing advertiser accounts in performance marketing or rewarded UA.
• Hands-on experience with MMPs like AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Singular.
• Background with Meta, Google, AppLovin, ironSource, or Unity Ads.
