TL;DR

Product Marketing Lead (AI): Defining the market presence and narrative for an open-source LLM engineering platform with an accent on developer-centric positioning and PLG funnel optimization. Focus on translating complex technical capabilities into a cohesive category narrative and building a repeatable high-trust launch system.

Location: Must be based in Europe (remote-first, 1 week/month in Berlin) or the USA (San Francisco preferred, but open to other US locations).

What you will do

  • Own product marketing strategy and execution across positioning, messaging, launches, and sales collateral.
  • Define and maintain the category story for LLM observability, evals, and prompt management.
  • Optimize the PLG funnel, including website conversion, onboarding, and lifecycle emails.
  • Partner with product and engineering to turn technical substance into high-trust launches and documentation.
  • Lead customer marketing by developing use cases, stories, and reusable sales narratives.
  • Collaborate with ClickHouse GTM channels to scale reach without losing the developer-first voice.

Requirements

  • Meaningful experience in product/developer marketing, DevRel, or GTM for highly technical products.
  • Proven track record of marketing to developers, AI, data, or infrastructure teams.
  • Exceptional technical writing skills with the ability to make complex ideas clear and honest.
  • Deep understanding of PLG funnels: activation, onboarding, conversion, and self-serve growth.
  • Strong product intuition and ability to be credible with engineers and technical buyers.
  • Must be based in Europe or the USA.

Nice to have

  • Experience with developer tools, open source, observability, or data infrastructure.
  • Previous experience leading product marketing at a fast-growing startup.
  • Ability to create technical content (blogs, videos, talks, or open-source examples).
  • Familiarity with ClickHouse, SQL, or AI application development.
