Location: Hybrid (4 days in-office, 1 day remote in London, Munich, or Paris)

What you will do
- Build and own the end-to-end inbound funnel for Connect SMB across EMEA, from traffic acquisition to lead conversion.
- Lead and develop a digital marketing team of three professionals, driving their growth and performance.
- Automate and scale demand generation workflows by partnering with AI Strategists and sales teams.
- Own organic visibility via SEO/GEO and deliver actionable insights through full-funnel performance reporting (CPL, acquisition cost).
- Collaborate cross-functionally with global marketing leads, content, sales, and RevOps to produce conversion-optimized assets.
- Manage vendor and agency relationships within the EMEA region.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in growth, performance, or demand generation marketing, ideally in a B2B mid-market SaaS environment.
- Proven track record managing SEO/SEM/GEO, paid social (Meta, LinkedIn), and email automation campaigns at scale.
- Experience managing a small team or mentoring junior marketers.
- Hands-on expertise in inbound funnel mechanics, paid/organic channels, and conversion optimization.
- Ability to leverage AI automation tools for campaign ideation and performance optimization.
- English: Fluent (C2 level required)
