What you will do

  • Own quarterly and annual pipeline targets, reverse-engineering revenue targets into rigorous demand models.
  • Lead paid acquisition, ABM, and digital growth programs to improve CPL, SQL conversion, and CAC efficiency.
  • Personally architect and deploy AI-enabled workflows using Clay, Apollo, and LLMs across demand channels.
  • Define website conversion strategies and optimization roadmaps in partnership with Product Marketing.
  • Align enterprise events and regional programs to drive account penetration and territory activation.
  • Build and lead a high-performance demand organization with a strong culture of KPI rigor and AI-first ways of working.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Demand Generation with proven pipeline growth leadership.
  • Ability to build and defend rigorous demand math models from revenue targets to channel plans.
  • Hands-on AI fluency: experience personally designing and deploying AI workflows in campaign execution and outbound.
  • Proven experience operationalizing AI systems with SDR/BDR teams to augment prospecting.
  • Experience managing multi-million euro demand budgets and expertise in performance marketing.
  • Enterprise SaaS experience and the ability to lead across matrixed organizations.
