TL;DR

New Business Manager (Media): Managing the onboarding pipeline for new business opportunities as they transition from commercial propositions to operational delivery with an accent on cross-functional coordination between Commercial, Product, and Technology teams. Focus on mobilising new clients, channels, and platforms to enable the delivery of VOD content, apps, and linear TV services.

Location: London, UK (requires monthly/quarterly travel to EMEA local offices)

Salary: £45,000–£51,000 + London Weighting (£5,441)

What you will do

  • Own and manage the onboarding pipeline for new business opportunities transitioning into delivery mobilisation.
  • Act as the primary operational bridge and liaison between Sales/Commercial teams and delivery functions.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities for new clients, content services, apps, and linear channel launches.
  • Translate commercial requirements into clear onboarding plans, timelines, and operational actions.
  • Identify and escalate onboarding risks, blockers, and operational constraints.
  • Facilitate cross-functional alignment across Product, Operations, Editorial, and Technology teams.

Requirements

  • Experience coordinating complex operational, onboarding, or project-based work across multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Awareness of video delivery ecosystems, including apps, streaming platforms, and VOD services.
  • Understanding of media workflows, content onboarding, or broadcast operations.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills to manage multiple concurrent activities.
  • Ability to travel monthly or quarterly to EMEA local offices.

Nice to have

  • Experience within media, broadcasting, streaming, or digital content organisations.
  • Ability to work confidently alongside technical, product, and engineering teams.
  • Commercial awareness of how operational delivery supports business growth.
