Digital Workplace (M365) Consultant

Location: Tokyo, Japan. Full-time eligibility to work in Japan is required.

What you will do

• Design and deliver end-to-end Microsoft 365 solutions aligned with customer requirements and project objectives.
• Create architecture and solution designs for modern workplace, security, and collaboration outcomes.
• Lead the implementation of Microsoft 365 environments and related technologies.
• Collaborate with project managers, delivery teams, and customer stakeholders to achieve successful project outcomes.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and issues throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Maintain customer relationships and stay current with cloud, mobility, and security technologies.

Requirements

• Eligibility to work full-time in Japan.
• Professional proficiency in written and spoken Japanese.
• English communication skills appropriate to the role.
• Experience delivering IT solutions in enterprise-scale or systems integrator environments.
• Experience with on-premises-to-cloud and cloud-to-cloud migrations, including Google Workspace to Microsoft 365.
• Hands-on expertise with Microsoft 365 workloads, security and compliance solutions, migration tools, and Enterprise Mobility & Security.
