What you will do

• Design and deliver end-to-end Microsoft 365 solutions aligned with customer requirements and project objectives.
• Create architecture and solution designs for modern workplace, security, and collaboration outcomes.
• Lead the implementation of Microsoft 365 environments and associated technologies.
• Collaborate with project managers, delivery teams, and stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
• Manage and mitigate project risks throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Maintain customer relationships while staying current with cloud, mobility, and security technologies.

Requirements

• Full professional proficiency in Japanese (written and spoken) is required.
• Working proficiency in English (reading and writing required).
• Experience delivering IT solutions in enterprise-scale or Systems Integrator environments.
• Solid experience with on-premises to cloud and cloud-to-cloud migrations (e.g., Google Workspace to M365).
• Hands-on expertise in Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and Skype for Business.
• Experience with M365 security and compliance (Intune, AIP, ATP, DLP) and migration tools like BitTitan or Quest.
