Demand Planner (Nutrition)

What you will do

• Maintain and develop product launch trackers for hirify.global Nutrition brands.
• Coordinate launch dates with NPD, Marketing, and Trading teams according to product and regional lead times.
• Review and feed demand forecasts into Supply Planning and Procurement to manage stock levels and reduce future risks.
• Work with planning teams to ensure production demand is met and stock reaches global fulfilment centres.
• Conduct post-launch reviews, monitor product performance, and identify overstocks.
• Manage exit strategies for discontinued SKUs, including redundant packaging, bespoke raw materials, and inventory throughout the process.

Requirements

• Strong numerical and reporting skills, particularly in Excel.
• Previous experience in supply chain or planning, ideally in FMCG.
• Ability to work independently, use initiative, and maintain attention to detail.
• Effective communication with stakeholders across the business.
• Supply chain or commercial experience.
• Understanding of ecommerce; SQL experience is desirable.
