Demand Planner (Supply Chain Planning)

Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid model with a minimum of three days per week in the office

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end demand forecast for a defined channel, region, or product portfolio.
• Create, analyse, and publish accurate 18-month rolling forecasts.
• Monitor forecast performance and drive continuous improvements in forecast accuracy.
• Identify demand trends, market changes, risks, and opportunities through data analysis.
• Translate commercial activity, promotional plans, and market intelligence into demand forecasts.
• Support the Sales & Operations Planning process with insights and recommendations for financial, inventory, and supply planning.

Requirements

• Proven experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain planning.
• Experience managing complex forecasts across multiple products or markets.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data into actionable insights.
• Experience working within an S&OP or Integrated Business Planning environment.
• Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with planning systems and large datasets.
• Strong commercial awareness, stakeholder management, organisation, and constructive influencing skills.
