What you will do

• Lead the financial planning and budgeting process to align goals with business objectives.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models to support decision-making and insightful analysis.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• Generate precise financial statements and prepare materials for board presentations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to optimize financial performance and drive cost efficiency.
• Provide financial guidance and strategic support to executive management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or an equivalent quantitative field.
• 3+ years of experience in investment banking, venture capital, private equity, FP&A, or corporate finance.
• Must be based on the US East Coast.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis in high-growth environments.
• Strong understanding of GAAP/IFRS and SaaS financial metrics.
• Proficiency with financial systems such as NetSuite and Excel.
