What you will do

• Lead the budgeting and forecasting process in collaboration with department heads.
• Conduct comprehensive financial analyses, including variance analysis and profitability modeling.
• Develop clear, compelling financial narratives and presentations for executive-level meetings.
• Serve as a trusted finance partner to functional leaders to support strategic decision-making.
• Coordinate with parent company finance teams to ensure alignment with global reporting standards.
• Build and maintain complex financial models to support long-term strategic planning and product launches.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field.
• 7–10 years of progressive experience in Financial Planning & Analysis.
• Proven experience supporting senior leadership and preparing executive-level presentations.
• Experience working within a subsidiary or business unit of a multinational organization.
• Proficiency in enterprise planning and consolidation systems (e.g., SAP, Anaplan, Adaptive Planning).
• Strong understanding of GAAP and IFRS reporting standards.
