What you will do
- Update and set up learning content based on global concepts delivered by the CoE.
- Resolve first-level training inquiries from employees within defined timeframes.
- Promote global learning activities and support managers and employees with policies, standards, and tools.
- Perform day-to-day administrative activities within the regional SSC Germany.
- Create reports on training completion and activity within the area of responsibility.
- Collaborate with local HR and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
Requirements
- Degree in Economics, Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or IT.
- Professional experience in HR topics and Learning Management Systems.
- Business fluency in English and German.
- Knowledge of the automotive industry.
- Independent and structured way of working with a hands-on mentality.
Nice to have
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
- Experience maintaining content on global learning platforms.
