What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for HR inquiries via phone and email, providing guidance and resolving issues.
• Manage end-to-end LMS processes, including maintaining program data, course items, and documentation.
• Collaborate with regional experts to ensure deep knowledge of country-specific policies and training requirements.
• Review and process HR documentation, including modifications, updates, and specific individual cases.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction within the HR SSC.
• Log all queries accurately in the enquiry management tool and perform ad hoc reporting as required.

Requirements

• Trilingual proficiency: Spanish, Portuguese, and English (B2+) are required.
• Must be based in or able to work from Bogotá, Colombia.
• Proven experience in HR administration or learning support roles.
• Strong proficiency in LMS management and data handling.
• Ability to interpret complex HR policies and provide clear guidance to stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
