HR Learning Specialist Trilingual (HR Learning)

What you will do

• Handle HR shared-services inquiries through phone and email, providing first-level guidance and resolving issues where possible.
• Escalate complex cases to the relevant HR teams and provide administrative support.
• Maintain knowledge of learning processes, policies, and training requirements for covered countries.
• Manage LMS programs, courses, item data, files, documents, and templates according to country needs.
• Review learning-related data requests and documentation, log all inquiries, and prepare ad hoc reports.
• Identify process improvements, support customer satisfaction, and train new specialists.

Requirements

• Trilingual communication in Spanish, English, and Portuguese is required.
• Knowledge of HR learning administration processes and policies.
• Ability to resolve inquiries, interpret policies, review documentation, and coordinate with HR experts.
• Experience maintaining learning management system data, programs, courses, files, and templates.
• Ability to use enquiry management tools and prepare reports.
