Location: Hybrid (Warsaw, Poland) — requires 2 days per week from the office

What you will do

  • Administer HR documentation across the employee lifecycle, including contracts, addenda, leaves, and exits.
  • Maintain personal files in compliance with legal, audit, and internal requirements.
  • Update and manage employee master data within HR systems.
  • Support HR Business Partners and the HR team on legal, administrative, and operational matters.
  • Ensure timely execution of HR processes through clear communication and data accuracy.
  • Contribute to operational efficiency and process improvements within the HR Shared Services environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in HR administration.
  • Proficiency in English and German (B2+).
  • Experience in a Shared Service Center (SSC) environment is highly desirable.
  • Strong PC literacy (MS Office) and experience with Workday or other HR systems (SAP is a plus).
  • Must be based in Poland to support the hybrid model (Warsaw office).
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
