What you will do

• Maintain the SAP Time and Attendance system by entering all types of presence and absence on a daily basis.
• Advise associates on simple personnel, social, and labor law questions.
• Carry out individual personnel measures in cooperation with management according to guidelines.
• Communicate and resolve daily error reports regarding presence or absence irregularities with managers.
• Manage the issuance and distribution of employee ID cards.

Requirements

• University degree.
• Knowledge of SAP and ERP-Time Attendance is a must.
• Knowledge of labor law is a must.
• Proficiency in MS-Office and skills in database management and recordkeeping.
• Working knowledge of written and spoken English.
• Preferably 2 years of experience in Human Resources.
