Sales Engineer (Blockchain/Web3): Deliver pre-sales technical support for ’ digital asset infrastructure by designing solutions, running demos, and leading Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and RFP technical responses with an accent on MPC-based wallet infrastructure, APIs, and security/compliance requirements. Focus on translating complex blockchain concepts into tailored value for banking, fintech, Web3, and enterprise stakeholders while collaborating with Product, R&D, and Security to address customer feedback.

What you will do
- Collaborate with Sales Directors to deliver tailored product demonstrations, workshops, and Proof of Concepts (PoCs).
- Assess client requirements and design technical solutions integrating into digital asset operations with scalability, security, and compliance in mind.
- Present in-depth technical content to technical and non-technical stakeholders, including C-level executives.
- Guide customers through onboarding and integration using MPC-based Wallet Infrastructure and APIs.
- Lead technical responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) with accurate, compelling answers aligned to client needs.
- Partner with Product, R&D, and Security teams to address customer feedback and ensure solutions match ’ capabilities.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or similar technical pre-sales role in SaaS, fintech, blockchain, or cybersecurity.
- Familiarity with financial services workflows and/or Web3 infrastructure and blockchain transaction models (e.g., custody, settlement, token issuance).
- Technical proficiency with SaaS platforms, APIs, and security technologies.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, customer-focused value propositions.
- Strong communication and presentation skills for diverse technical and non-technical audiences.
- English: fluent (additional languages are a plus).
