What you will do

• Plan and conduct all Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Identify and address obstacles and dependencies to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Guide the team on Agile principles and foster a collaborative, self-organizing environment.
• Support the Product Owner with backlog management and priority setting.
• Manage capacity planning and track team performance using relevant metrics and tools.
• Act as a liaison between development teams and stakeholders to communicate progress, challenges, and product strategy.

Requirements

• BS/MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master and 7+ years of professional experience in Agile software development (Scrum/Kanban).
• Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
• Must be based in Ukraine.

Nice to have

• Experience in a Clinical Research Organization (CRO) or the healthcare industry.
• Advanced Scrum certifications (e.g., A-CSM, CSP).
• Familiarity with other Agile frameworks such as Kanban or SAFe.
