What you will do

• Act as an Agile Coach to squads and leadership to embed and scale Agile principles.
• Drive continuous improvement and agile adoption at both team and organizational levels.
• Stand up new teams and delivery areas, including designing structures and onboarding processes.
• Shape cross-directorate standards, metrics, and delivery frameworks.
• Partner with leadership to assess and improve the overall agility and performance of the directorate.
• Govern and optimize JIRA usage across multiple teams to ensure data consistency.

Requirements

• Right to work in the UK is mandatory (no sponsorship provided).
• Proven experience as a Senior Scrum Master or Agile Coach in complex, cross-functional environments.
• Deep knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and other Agile delivery frameworks.
• Strong experience in JIRA governance and optimization across multiple teams.
• Ability to define and present Agile metrics and Delivery KPIs to senior leadership.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence across organizational boundaries.
