Scrum Master (Agile): Leading Agile delivery practices across multiple teams for a large federal government project with an accent on PI planning, sprint management, and cross-functional collaboration. Focus on removing blockers, managing risks, and driving continuous process improvement in a complex technical environment.

Location: Must reside within the continental US

What you will do

Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies including PI Planning, sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Remove blockers, manage risks, and coordinate resolution efforts across teams and stakeholders.
Foster collaboration and transparency across cross-functional Agile development teams.
Support backlog prioritization, sprint execution, and delivery tracking.
Partner with Product Owners, engineers, and government personnel to maintain delivery alignment.
Track Agile metrics and provide delivery updates to leadership.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience leading Agile software development teams in complex technical environments.
Must reside within the continental US.
Strong experience with SAFe methodologies and automated application deployments.
Proven experience supporting large-scale software development and integration initiatives.
Ability to obtain a Government clearance.
Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Nice to have

SAFe Certified Scrum Master (SSM) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM).
Experience with Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) tools and processes.
Experience with Jira, Confluence, and GitHub.
Familiarity with DevSecOps and CI/CD practices.
