What you will do

• Facilitate all Scrum and Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
• Remove impediments and resolve cross-team blockers across 2-3 product teams.
• Track and report team health metrics such as velocity, burndown, and capacity to leadership.
• Serve as the primary communication bridge between engineering teams and the CIO/stakeholders.
• Manage competing priorities and drive a learning culture of continuous improvement.
• Optimize processes in Jira using AI-powered tooling and automation.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Scrum Master.
• Proficient in Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
• Advanced Jira skills for backlog management, metrics, and dashboards.
• Experience with distributed, cross-functional teams and a solid understanding of SDLC.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher required.
• Ability to handle frequent priority changes with high autonomy.

Nice to have

• CSM, PSM, or SAFe certifications.
• Experience in fintech, crypto, or blockchain domains.
• Knowledge of on/off-ramp and KYC/AML processes.
• PM certifications like PMI or PRINCE2.
• Proficiency in Confluence documentation.
