Location: Must be based in London or able to commute to the London office 2-3 times per week for shoots and office work.

What you will do

• Lead shoot preparation, logistics, and on-set production support.
• Manage projects end-to-end, including scoping budgets, setting timelines, and overseeing post-production.
• Act as the primary day-to-day client contact for assigned projects and shoots.
• Coordinate between internal social, creative, and production teams to ensure brief alignment.
• Source, negotiate, and contract freelancers, suppliers, locations, and talent.
• Ensure all creative output meets high standards and adheres to social best practices.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an agency environment.
• Proven experience producing shoots, content capture, or live event productions.
• Strong understanding of production timelines, budgets, and asset complexity.
• Client-facing experience with the ability to consult and communicate clearly.
• Knowledge of production mandatories, including risk assessments.
• Ability to work from the London office 2-3 times per week.

Nice to have

• Experience managing end-to-end influencer campaigns.
• Photography, videography, or editing skills.
• Experience managing international productions.
