What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of project managers and producers to ensure high-quality, consistent output.
• Manage complex, multi-channel creative projects from brief to delivery while maintaining account-level budgets.
• Drive the integration of generative AI tools, such as Pencil, into creative production workflows to increase efficiency.
• Redesign operational systems and workflows to support studio growth and scalability.
• Act as a senior operational partner to stakeholders, managing expectations and resolving escalations.
• Partner cross-functionally with creative, strategy, data, and technology teams to ensure effective project resourcing.

Requirements

• Must be based in London or able to work on a hybrid basis in London.
• Strong track record of managing complex, multi-channel creative projects in an agency or in-house studio.
• Demonstrated experience leading and developing teams of project managers or producers.
• Hands-on experience with AI creative tools like Pencil and a clear vision for AI-assisted production.
• Experience managing account-level production budgets, financial reporting, and supplier negotiation.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trust across senior client and internal teams.
