What you will do

• Manage the financial, environmental, and operational performance of audio productions.
• Handle scheduling, budgeting, and sourcing of crew and resources through to delivery.
• Prepare, monitor, and forecast production budgets in line with best practices.
• Lead and manage a team of 8 Production Coordinators across Bristol and Cardiff sites.
• Ensure compliance with hirify.global policies and regulatory requirements to minimize risk.
• Identify and implement ways to improve production efficiency and adopt new technologies.

Requirements

• Solid understanding of audio production workflows and output.
• Experience managing budgets and adjusting priorities to meet financial targets.
• Proven experience supervising teams and delivering a portfolio of projects.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet challenging deadlines.
• Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills.
• Must be able to commit to a physical presence in the Bristol office throughout the week.
