Location: Hybrid in Kingston, United Kingdom (3 days in office per week, 2 from home)

What you will do

• Own cross-market planning processes and delivery governance to ensure consistent execution of global strategy.
• Coordinate between global channels, regional teams, and local markets to remove blockers and keep programmes on track.
• Maintain content calendar frameworks and scheduling discipline for Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
• Operationally lead the Social Hub initiative, harmonizing reporting and creative alignment across priority EU markets.
• Extract performance data using reporting tools to produce dashboards and actionable recommendations.
• Manage external agencies and partners for creative, influencer, and media delivery.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or influencer marketing (brand or agency).
• Demonstrable experience in multi-market or regional coordination.
• Deep understanding of social platforms, specifically TikTok and Instagram, and content formats.
• Proficiency with social publishing and analytics tools such as Hootsuite, Later, or Sprinklr.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle complex cross-market workstreams.
• Must be based in or able to work from Kingston, UK.
