What you will do
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success to identify technical win themes and architect tailored solutions for mid-market and enterprise clients.
- Lead technical discovery sessions to align customer business objectives with platform capabilities.
- Build integration-ready architectures connecting the platform with eCommerce, CRM, and martech ecosystems (e.g., Salesforce, Shopify, Magento).
- Deliver customized demos and proof-of-concepts to validate value and quantify business impact using ROI models.
- Act as a technical conduit between revenue teams and Professional Services to ensure smooth sales-to-success handovers.
- Provide product and competitive enablement to the revenue team and champion internal product innovation.
Requirements
- 1β3+ years of experience as a Solution Consultant, Sales Engineer, or Solutions Architect in a B2B SaaS environment (ideally Martech, eCommerce, or CRM).
- Proven track record of managing complex enterprise sales cycles from technical discovery to technical close.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and a solid understanding of REST API concepts and implementation.
- Knowledge of data flows, ETL processes, and systems integration architectures.
- Ability to translate business requirements into precise artifacts such as process diagrams and functional specifications.
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot) and API clients like Postman.
