About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced System Analyst who will become a key link between business stakeholders (product teams, marketing, compliance) and development teams. You will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing complex features in our mobile and web applications, as well as integrations with external systems (payments, scoring, processing).


Key Responsibilities:
Eliciting, analyzing, formalizing, and aligning requirements from stakeholders.
Developing detailed software requirements specifications (User Stories, Use Cases, functional and non‑functional requirements).
Modeling business processes (BPMN, UML) and designing solution architecture at the functional level.
Analyzing and designing integrations with external APIs and partner systems.
Active participation in all stages of the Agile/Scrum process: sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives.
Close collaboration with QA engineers to ensure quality and test coverage.
Mentoring and supporting less experienced analysts in the team.
Analyzing incidents in the production environment and participating in solution finding.

Requirements:
2+ years of experience as a system analyst, including at least 1 years in fintech, banking, or payment systems.
Deep understanding of business processes in the banking/fintech sphere: product application, payments (P2P, P2M), cards, credit pipeline, KYC/AML.
Experience with microservice architecture and REST API (ability to read documentation, formulate integration requirements).
Proficient use of analysis techniques and tools: user stories, BPMN/UML diagrams, SQL (writing queries), Postman/Swagger.
Experience working in Agile teams (Scrum, Kanban).
Excellent communication skills, ability to work with different types of stakeholders.
Systems thinking, attention to detail, proactive attitude.
English language proficiency at Upper‑Intermediate level or higher (for reading technical documentation).

Will be an advantage:
Experience in a neobank or startup environment.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements (GDPR, PCI DSS).
Experience with Jira, Confluence, draw.io / Miro, Figma.
Basic knowledge in the field of Data Analysis.
