TL;DR

What you will do

  • Analyze client technologies to provide optimal integration solutions based on business needs.
  • Design technical solutions and establish contribution frameworks in collaboration with Product and R&D teams.
  • Create detailed technical specifications for proposed solutions.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and proactively drive forward complex technical implementations.
  • Act as the primary technical focal point for the Customer Success organization.
  • Lead technical discovery calls with clients and partners to define and own tech integrations.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in Solutions Engineering (planning, deployment, testing, and troubleshooting).
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent technical experience.
  • Fluent English proficiency (verbal and written).
  • Familiarity with software technologies including web/mobile SDKs, APIs, SQL, JSON, HTML, and JavaScript.
  • Must be able to work in a hybrid model in Dundee, Scotland.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Experience with SaaS implementation processes.
  • Experience with mobile implementations.
