What you will do

• Implement CXM software solutions and support customers' experience strategies.
• Perform installation and configuration of hirify.global applications.
• Analyze customer requirements and design technical solutions.
• Execute implementation tasks ranging from GUI configuration to lightweight programming.
• Provide technical project leadership to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements

• English and German: minimum B2 proficiency (written and spoken) required.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid model in Prague, Czechia.
• Strong grasp of IT technologies and ability to independently research technical information.
• Ability to write short scripts in languages such as JavaScript, Groovy, Shell, or Ansible.
• Analytical thinking and a strong desire to solve complex problems.
