What you will do

  • Own the channel marketing strategy to drive pipeline growth and revenue contribution via partner-sourced programs.
  • Design and execute scalable through-partner demand generation initiatives, including digital campaigns, webinars, and field events.
  • Create high-impact co-branded sales assets such as pitch decks, solution briefs, and case studies.
  • Manage the partner marketing lifecycle, including onboarding, activation, and lead marketing business reviews (MBRs/QBRs).
  • Collaborate with regional sales leaders on joint account planning and pipeline acceleration.
  • Optimize channel marketing budgets and track performance metrics and ROI.

Requirements

  • 6–10+ years of experience in B2B channel or partner marketing.
  • Proven success in driving measurable pipeline and revenue through partner ecosystems.
  • Experience working with resellers, distributors, MSPs, OEMs, or alliances.
  • Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools, specifically Salesforce and HubSpot.
  • Must be based in the USA.

Nice to have

  • Background in SaaS, telecom, IoT, or enterprise technology.
  • Experience with PRM platforms and partner ecosystems at scale.
  • Ability to translate technical solutions into business value messaging.
