What you will do

• Own and manage a portfolio of mid and high-value accounts across European markets.
• Proactively grow wallet share by treating the portfolio as a sales territory.
• Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase expansion revenue.
• Build strong, long-term client relationships to minimize voluntary churn.
• Monitor and optimize key performance indicators, specifically ARPA growth.

Requirements

• Must be based in Spain.
• Proven experience in senior-level account management or sales.
