Location: Hybrid (Singapore or Hong Kong), requiring weekly time in the office
Salary: SGD 128,649 - SGD 154,379 + OTE

What you will do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-profile strategic customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and execute cross-selling and new sales strategies to achieve business development goals.
- Prepare and present customized business proposals that align client needs with ’s value proposition.
- Lead market renewal strategies, including license and contract negotiations.
- Provide mentoring and guidance to junior team members on strategy and execution.
- Maintain a disciplined pipeline and forecasting process using Dynamics 365.
Requirements
- Proven experience in renewals, customer retention, or sales, preferably within the sustainability sector.
- Track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong ability to build relationships and negotiate with financial and non-financial corporates.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Fluent in one or more local languages.
- Relevant degree qualification or equivalent experience.
