TL;DR

Customer Success Account Manager (Sustainability): Managing high-profile client relationships and driving renewals and new sales for an environmental disclosure system with an accent on customer retention and market growth in ASEAN & ANZ. Focus on executing sales strategies, developing customized business proposals, and optimizing pipeline management.

Location: Hybrid (Singapore or Hong Kong), requiring weekly time in the office

Salary: SGD 128,649 - SGD 154,379 + OTE

What you will do

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-profile strategic customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify and execute cross-selling and new sales strategies to achieve business development goals.
  • Prepare and present customized business proposals that align client needs with hirify.global’s value proposition.
  • Lead market renewal strategies, including license and contract negotiations.
  • Provide mentoring and guidance to junior team members on strategy and execution.
  • Maintain a disciplined pipeline and forecasting process using Dynamics 365.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in renewals, customer retention, or sales, preferably within the sustainability sector.
  • Track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong ability to build relationships and negotiate with financial and non-financial corporates.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in one or more local languages.
  • Relevant degree qualification or equivalent experience.
