What you will do

  • Drive client retention and expansion goals through strategic account management and support.
  • Serve as the primary product expert for a dedicated portfolio to ensure clients derive maximum value.
  • Execute client onboarding and conduct personalized training sessions to meet individual business goals.
  • Perform formal business reviews to measure renewal probability and overall client satisfaction.
  • Analyze customer health and usage data to identify trends and opportunities to improve adoption.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to strategize on account growth and retention.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in customer success or account management.
  • Must be authorized to work in Singapore without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills for engaging with diverse clients.
  • Knowledge of or ability to learn the private equity and venture capital marketplace.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
