What you will do
- Drive client retention and expansion goals through strategic account management and support.
- Serve as the primary product expert for a dedicated portfolio to ensure clients derive maximum value.
- Execute client onboarding and conduct personalized training sessions to meet individual business goals.
- Perform formal business reviews to measure renewal probability and overall client satisfaction.
- Analyze customer health and usage data to identify trends and opportunities to improve adoption.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to strategize on account growth and retention.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in customer success or account management.
- Must be authorized to work in Singapore without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
- Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills for engaging with diverse clients.
- Knowledge of or ability to learn the private equity and venture capital marketplace.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
