What you will do
- Conduct follow-up calls, emails, and text outreach with prospective clients.
- Re-engage leads who have previously expressed interest in company services.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and next steps within the CRM.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for company leadership.
- Track lead pipeline activity and report on conversion opportunities.
- Coordinate with operations staff to ensure smooth client onboarding.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in sales support, customer success, business development, or client services.
- Must be available to work during U.S. Eastern Time business hours.
- Strong phone presence and professional communication skills.
- Excellent follow-up habits and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple follow-up sequences.
- Comfortable handling outbound calls and relationship-building conversations.
Nice to have
- Real estate, property management, or investor-relations experience.
- CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar).
- Spanish language skills.
- Chinese language skills.
- Experience supporting small business owners or entrepreneurs.
